Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your PlanUpPro subscription at any time. No long-term commitments, no cancellation fees, and we do not ask questions.
You can cancel in two ways:
- Email us at [email protected] — we'll cancel your subscription immediately upon receiving your request.
- Self-service — use the "Manage Billing" link in any Paddle invoice email to cancel directly.
What Happens After Cancellation
After cancelling, you'll continue to have full access to PlanUpPro until the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
Subscription Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on PlanUpPro software subscriptions. Instead, you can cancel anytime — no questions asked, no cancellation fees, and no long-term commitments.
To make sure PlanUpPro is the right fit before you commit, we offer a free 3-day trial. Three days is more than enough time to explore the software, test every feature, and decide if it works for you. If it doesn't, simply let the trial end — you won't be charged.

Marketplace Product Refund Policy
We also offer a 14-day refund window on digital products purchased from our marketplace. However, because these are downloadable resources containing actionable strategies and templates, we ask that you provide feedback on your experience before we process a refund.
Specifically, we need to understand:
- Which strategies or resources from the product you implemented
- How you implemented them in your business or projects
- What specifically didn't work or meet your expectations
This helps us improve our products and ensures that refund requests come from customers who genuinely gave the materials a fair try.
Bundle purchases: All items in our bundles are also available for individual purchase at our marketplace. If you purchased the bundle and are requesting a refund, we require feedback on at least 4 items from the bundle, detailing how you tried to implement them. Refund requests based solely on wanting only one or two items from a bundle will not be accepted, as individual purchase options were available.
Same-day refund requests are not eligible. We require that you take the time to implement the strategies and see results for yourself before requesting a refund.
Online Course Refund Policy
For our online course "Mastering Construction Project Management", we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
If you're not satisfied with the course for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund. Upon processing the refund, your course access will be restricted and your account will be permanently deleted.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. PlanUpPro does not store your payment card details. You can manage your billing information and view invoices through Paddle's portal, accessible via the link in your invoice emails.
